The DSA aims to foster collaboration with input suppliers, participate in industry events, and distribute informational brochures, all in partnership with Dairy Quality Club members.
To present workshops regarding prerequisites needed for the successful implementation of food safety management systems or parts thereof in milk production and dairy processing facilities, internal food safety auditor’s courses and laboratory implementation on a user pay principle.
The goal is to establish and maintain an independent national laboratory service for the dairy industry, providing standardized reference standards, conducting various analytical tests, facilitating ring tests, supporting food safety investigations, and assisting with special projects and research in collaboration with Milk SA..
