Preserving milk and its freshness from the farm to the consumer is one of the greatest challenges producers face every day. Join us for an engaging webinar introducing the Lactoperoxidase System (LPS) — nature’s own way of protecting milk. During the webinar, we will:
- Discover how this enzyme system works.
- Identify the benefits for producers, from extending shelf life to reducing spoilage during transport.
- Discuss practical applications.
- Discuss safety and compliance considerations for using LPS effectively.
Whether you’re managing a small‑scale production or large dairy operations, this session will give you clear, actionable insights into how LPS can support quality, reduce losses, and add value to your milk supply chain.
